INTRODUCTIONCorporate social responsibility use by the many company in a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into the business model. This policy function based on the self-regulatorymechanism that the business monitor the activities compliances with the law, ethical standardand at the national and international norms. This responsibility attracted the attention frombusinesses and many stakeholders in regards to its benefits (Managing successful business. 2017). CSR is based on the human’s resources, developing the business and public relationdepartment of the company or take the responsibility by the CEO and director of the company. In this case in the recently business environment, in response to maximising stakeholdervalue and expectations, the strategic benefits of this function has seen many companies having acompetitive advantage (Tingchi Liu and et.al., 2014). NISA company follow the theseresponsibilities to maintain the its profit in the market and follow the many CSR activities toincreases its business activities in the new markets. Together with the rise of globalisation,companies now employ CSR managers, experts and consultants to produce comprehensive CSRpolicies and programmes, to give them a competitive edge and build stakeholder trust and loyalty( Hughen, Lulseged and Upton, 2014).CSR SignificanceCSR activities are being considered as one of most significant section for every organisationbecause it allows to present working in positive manner. Along with this, it has been noticed thatCSR is significant to have improvement in brand image so that goals and objectives can beaccomplished effectively. Moreover, CSR allows to manage social responsibilities in desiredmanner. P1. Aim and objectives.Project ProcessesProject management include the core process that connect the all activities and processestogether (Raub and Blunschi, 2014). NISA uses the execution in a task to track cost of the projectin order to determine the assignment strategy in the market (Park, Lee and Kim, 2014). Control- In this stage the managers close the task to stakes place it is time to review thefull project by stakeholders. Company during this evaluation process the services may notice themistakes and take necessary action to avoid in the future.Aim: “To analyse the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility for sustainability andcompetitive advantages” .Objectives: 1.To develop portfolio of Corporate Social Responsibility.2.To develop portfolio of implementing effective CSR activities for maintainingsustainability, in context with NISA company. 3.To develop portfolio for maintaining competitive advantage through CSR activities, incontext with NISA limited. 4.To recommend suitable strategies for maintaining CSR activities. P2. Project management Project plan A project plan defined as the project management planning in the organisation newprojects such as innovation in new products, adopted new strategy, use of the new technology ina formal document used by the managers to guide their employers both project planning, activityand functions of project control (Managing successful business. 2017 ). Stakeholders uses of thisplan are to assignment planning, controlling, organising and controlling, facilitatecommunication among project researchers, stakeholders, managers. This document create scope,cost and schedule base line by the managers and researchers. The purpose of creating a projectplan to identify the problem, who take the responsibility and the time line of complications. Acomplete assignment plan according to company standards and capability such as the taskmanagement body, this plan also including the all activities, management and control of the allproject functions (Pai and et.al., 2015). This information also provided by stakeholders andevaluating other documents that will be produced products and services such as a procurementplan.Cost2
