Thepresent research is based on managing a successful business project, it is based on CSR activitiesof an organization; Nisa case study is taken in to consideration. It is one of the top leadingbusiness chain in UK where it has been offered wide range of product and services to customersat affordable prices. The project management is the process of planning, organizing, staffing andcontrolling all over activities of a project. The primary objective of project manager is to obtainproject goals within an allocated resources. Project manager are highly responsible towards theeffective handling of risk that is associated with the project activity so that manger break downthe entire project in to a small activity that can handle effectively. Nisa project activities arerelated to CSR activities (Doherty, Ashurst, and Peppard, 2012). Project manager construct the project plan under the consultant with projectteam members and their key stakeholders. Planning is the advance before constructing andexecuting it. Planning process establish the objective and scope of the project along withdefining the certain course of actions which are required towards the attainment of organizationobjective. Planning process analyze the various factors about the successful completion ofproject. It includes various factors of project management plan like where to do it, how to do itand when to do it etc. Effective planning process includes the arrangement and efficientallocation of resources according to assigned task and responsibilities (Sheffield, and Lemétayer,2013). Effective planning process helps in to manage different task and activities in a propermanner so that work can move towards the right direct to effective accomplishment oforganizational objective. Project planning are construct on the basis of several aspects like time,schedule, budget, available resources, scope and tools or methods which helps the organizationtowards the accomplishment of desired task. Project management plan are construct under thevarious aspects like project scope management, project time management, project costmanagement, project quality management, human resource management and projectioncommunication management. All these factors are under considered for the successfulimplementation of plan. Project manager of Nisa spend significant amount of time in ensuringthat established baselines are effectively achieved or not.
