With the help of quality assurance mechanism theytest that relevant systems are in right place, this process assure them about standards of qualityand safety is met as expectation. 10 NSQHS standards concentrating on areas that are importantto drive implementation and use of quality and safety systems: Standard 1 Clinical governance- it is one of the first NSQHS standards that refers to healthservice firms process of providing patient health care facilities. Each health and safety careorganizations need to follow or adopt all the standards in their business structure. Authority andleaders in health service company is responsible to provide good services and focus on theirsafety during treatments that contribute in continuous health care improvement of communityand public.Standard 2 Partnering with customers- The second standards is partnering with patients, inwhich RN of health service center and other staff member develop, maintain and implementsystem to collaborate with consumers (Levada and et.al., 2015).
