INTRODUCTION
Desired situation
The nursing leadership and management is usually defining as the professional roles that
is performed by the nursing staff as by overseeing medical processes and leading team with this
better care is provided to the patients
Who does it affect
The reason behind the conduction of this project is to measure the different techniques
that is played by a clinical service provider and with this working efficiency and its effectiveness
both get managed and controlled and it is processed as by considering patient’s better health care
(Weiss, Tappen & Grimley,(2019)).
Stakeholders
The nurses worked on to oversees team work and with this leadership as well as
management qualities, abilities, skills and attribute are essential that aid to induce advanced
knowledge within clinical improvisation under which balanced and favourable outcome is
attained about patient health and well-being.
Services impacted
There are different challenges and issues that is faced by clinical service provider as with
this capability to advance and improvise service quality with better improvement is processed
with perfection and in timely frame as well.
Risks identified
The report below is based on smart goal and objectives that is processed with the goal to “reduce
duplication in task as per admission process and to improvise rime efficiency with minimising
errors of registered nurses in Redbank house. The report below comprises of sustained analysis
about risk and its mitigation strategies along with suitable recommendation.

It has been analysed that health related risk reduces the task duplications as by completing
the process in order to improvise time efficiency along with error reduction within the registered
nurses in Red Bank House as from 40-20%. In support of this goal both leadership and
