Critically examine legal, professional and ethical framework in preparation for registered practise Ethics are known as the standards of moral judgement as well as professional conduct activities which are followed by every profession.in context of nurses, it is very important to work in ethical manner as they are accountable for public, patients, employers as well as entire medical profession. I have analyse that it is imperative for understanding and evaluating legal, ethical as well as professional issue while facing the career development. I've concluded that there are 3 primary duties for a Norse and these are duty of autonomy, duty of care to all the patients and confidentiality of all people. It is very important for me to complete these duties and supplement the principles of beneficiary. This means that I will promote and do all good for patient’s interest and wellbeing. It is important for me to take care of all my patients thoroughly and advise them when they are in any dilemma. For a person in medical profession, it is very important to provide the best and perfect suggestion so that patient will feel comfortable and will get better soon. There are some professional duties which I have to perform by following all the legal regulations and rules. It is analyst from a study conducted in 2001 that there are perceived needs for more advice on ethical dilemmas within a medical profession. Then there are increased legal cases and public enquiries, there are several results which are faced by clinical Ethics Committee sand research ethic committee. There are also constantly changing values within medical profession and behavioural science. These indicate that it is important to be aware about new ethical issues within medical profession and learn how to respond in an appropriate manner. Regulatory bodies I've analyse that within nursing practice there is upholding of code of ethics and it is governed by following disciplinary guidelines. These are managed by governing body and having more impact upon legislative entities within medical issues. According to the Department ofHealth,thereisissuingofhealthservicecircularwhichprovidesinformationabout requirement of new nursing education program. This is associated with nursing and midwifery order 2001 which states that there is establishment of effective standards and requirements of nursing education for managing the ethical issues. While working in NHS, it is concluded that there is establishment of parliament for protecting public as well as regulating the medical and nursing professional standards by using the register of medical practitioner. According to the register there is act for allowing the General Medical practitioner to monitor different entry for
profession by attaining the standards which are required in treating any person. There is need of monitoring fitness to practice proceedings for ensure that all practitioners are maintaining high standards of conduct. According to NMC, There are several guidelines which are followed by me as a nurse for expecting the duties like medical research obligations , confidentiality, autonomy and consent rights. Dinners in practice has to be managed effectively for complying and individual level with the regulations and guidelines on regular basis. There are standards for conduct , ethics and performance which are related to a particular profession. It is important for me as a nurse to undergo education and maintain personally which indicatesthat I am performing well and if not then I am provided training for following ethical standards. According to General Medical Council, I got to know that role of protecting the patient and public by maintaining a register of medical practitioner is very important. It is associated with monitoring complaints about medical practitioner. There are basically 14 key concepts which provide outline for ethical standards and responsibilities. There is also guidance on different areas including confidentiality, consent and withdrawing off treatment. There is also guidance for recognising the law and referring the GMC guideline on confidentiality. While conducting this inquiry, I still felt some worry. The time provided for the execution of the current project was not adequate for me to face a challenge. This problem affects my results adversely when I systematically and effectively complete the entire project.
