The organization was founded in the year 2014. The organization consists ofretail shops as well as supermarkets. OHS is the organization which takes care of the issuesrelated with the safety, health and also the welfare of workplace. Because if the workingconditions are good then it is a symbol of good employee morale and perfect image of the brand.1.WHS/OHS SYSTEMS1.1 OHS Policies of the organization complying legislative requirementsOHS policies of he MCS are maintaining the hazard protection equipment in which the companytakes care of the level of the harming elements of the machinery. As an security employee it isresponsibility of the employee to check whether the health of the employees in the company isaffected due to this or not and it is affecting the Work and Safety Act 2011 of Australia which isit is mandatory to check and maintain the equipment. As per the act and also equipment must bein ready condition in order to protect the company from the hazard. Example MCS increased thebudget to maintain the equipment for the welfare of the employees as per Work and HealthSafety Act 2011.MCS also manages the OHS management system in which the organization provide alloy wire inorder to prevent the employees of the company from and electric shock this also affect theElectrical safety Act 2002 under which it is must that the employees are prevented form any wireshock otherwise the penalty is very high. As per Work andHealth Safety Act 2011 OHS policies provide medical care facilities in which the treatment of the

employee is completely free. Staff responsibilities herein is to take care of the damaged wire andinform the management immediately.Providing training for OHSOHS also provide training to the Banksia employees in order to make aware the rights andresponsibilities of them. This make them educated and forces the company to follow the laws.The staff must ask the employer about any term which the staff is not understanding.Maintaining records of health and safety of the employeesThe OHS design and also develops the policies for the employees health by keeping propercheck up of the employee about the heath. The staff must tell the employer if the check up of thestaff is not made.
