INTRODUCTION
Operational plan is the part of a business strategic design which is important for the
company to make it more effective and challenging. It helps to describe the work to be done
from different resources, including those which will be used along the way. Present operational
plan will be based on the case study of The Office Assistant Company. It will present the action
proposal under which Consultation strategy, business goal, objective of operational plan and key
action plans will be discussed to perform the particular tasks and goals. Further, it will discuss
about the inputs required for the accomplishment of operational plan.
BUSINESS OPERATIONAL PLAN
Consultation strategy
Consultation strategy is the way to enhance the connectivity with people or with
stakeholders with a purpose of enhancing the business’s product or service. This would help to
control the long term risk and upcoming uncertainties. Informal consultation strategy includes
informing, consulting, involving etc. that helps to carry new generating tasks for the company
benefits (Al Shobaki, Amuna and Naser, 2017).
Business Goal
The aim of the company is to enhance service components of The Office Assistant
Company in the next twelve months by improving the quality of graphic design services.
Objective
Objective of Operational business plan is to expand the graphic design services. Through
which Company can easily attract the number of sales. Another objective of the business plan is
to reorganize the fixtures and fitting within the store to make more space for new equipment
(Duke, 2016).
Strategy
In order to implement the business plan, the Store manager or all employees need to
understand their main purpose that is to enhance the graphic design services. Besides, company
needs to be specific about methods and needs to be used in such a manner to focus on the supply
chain for enhancing quality of services or products. To implement this proposal successfully, it
requires proper focus on the objectives and goals that company needs to be performed.

Employees needs to focus on visual designs in order to enhance the quality performance.

Copyright law of the peoples' republic of Australia, which was adopted by the company. It is the
basic law for copyright protection with 61 articles stipulating copyright and its neighboring
rights. Copyright is the protection expression of an idea. That needs to be reproduce, publish or

in order to reduce the uncertain legal implications. This right only given to an inventor to make,

Trademarks : This tool helps company to define their own product and services.

until unless owner can abandoned itself.

To identify the performance or reduce the uncertainty, company needs to make risk
analysis plan to reduce the future hazards.
