They are the soleowners of the company and they have found that technology has an important role to play formanagement of the business processes. Hence, this report demonstrates on the present situationof CC Music with the help of “AS-IS” business process model and depending upon that aproposed business model has been presented in the “TO-BE” business process model. A strategicanalysis has been done for CC Music with the help of SWOT to demonstrate feasibility of thebusiness. The proposed business process model suggest that there is a requirement to implementEnterprise Resource Management software to carry out the business processes in a successfulmanner. The comparison of various open source ERP software has been also presented in thisreport along with the features and suitability in context to CC Music. Further a separate reportsection has been included in this paper to illustrate upon the current situation of CC Music.
