INTRODUCTIONOperation management is an ongoing organisational function that helps in produceproducts and services by supply in proper manner. It majorly use in production operations,manufacturing and IT services and also in accounting. Operation management is anadministration that helps in create maximum level of efficiency that is possible for anorganisation. It mainly focuses on converting raw materials and labour into goods and services.This report is based on Bosch corporation which is world leading multinational engineering andelectronics company. In its products are fridges, freezers and gas in electric items and it aimed toenlarge its market share in TV that is it want to launch 58 inches TV in innovative way tocomplete its project line. This report is based on importance of operation and its principles thatare prove to be fruitful in while deal in market. When applying these principles into business itfaces some problems and to improve that issues organisation have to build continuousimprovement plan. To get desirable results while launch a new product PLC and its effectivenessin business project should be evaluated properly.TASK 1P1 Conduct a review and critique of the implementation of operations management principleswithin an organisational context. Operation management is an important attribute in organisational success and successfulcompletion of work and activities.
