individuals to expand the number of houses that boost morale of employees to complete task and
target with in minimum time period. This refers there are various challenges faced by individuals
at time of introducing its housing system. With the analysis of business organisation and its
needs this is determine by management that individuals must improve their internal system
capabilities so the strength of business products and services is increased. There are various task
and operations performed by management which require regular number of operations that are
operated in an organised manner. With consists of business operations related with housing must
provide a right structure for each action and activity that match with needs and wants of
customers. There are various operations performed by management of LTR such as alternation
and extension of buildings. Installation of building and design of structure that offers a
comfortable space to individuals for living there life in an easy manner (Ravinder and
Kollikkathara, 2017). Luton town residency is performing their work with motive of enhancing
its business size that satisfies needs and wants of customers in proper manner and it also provides
them space to live its life within Luton.

With the analysis of different communication system it is identified that organisation is
operating there business with involve of different mail. All functional aspects of business
provides different platforms that provides wide areas to share better results with emails. If
organisation and employees communicate with each other through use of e-mail only then it
reduces time through transferring information from one place to another easily. It results this is
also easy for organisation to accomplish better results through recording information. Along with
this mail communication system is a formal way that is used by management to satisfy needs and
wants in an appropriate manner. Along with this it is also identified that management must
consider work and design them in a manner which resolves problems of organisation to manage
its operations and functions through offering better customer services (Otsuki, Akiyoshi and
Samejima, 2017). But there are different risk aspects are also identified by management at time
of completion of project such as risk management, problem related with formal mails that is used
in managing work to complete task in proper manner. The major problem which is identified at
time of data information transfer relates with formal interaction due to which it relates in
managing work that enhances in work area but most of the staff is not able to interact with
individuals with formal approach due to less training. Therefore, Luton housing residency must
develop plans as per technique that leads organisation to perform its work in proper manner.
