INTRODUCTION
Operations and project management plan refers to the planning and implement of
different operations in the organisation. This enables an organisation to implement there day to
day operations in an efficient manner that directly leads management to accomplish their

the market. In this report Luton Town Residence is selected which provide well equipped room
that are self-catering rooms. Along with this there are various issue are also highlighted that is
used for managing operations that as per areas due to which problems is faced by management in
internal communication and its impacts on day to day operations of hotel. Moreover, report will
focus on project management plan, network diagram and risk management plan to manage all its
operations according to desired goals of organisation.

Operational system is an effective software that is used for data warehousing through which
system are referred for processing its day to day operations. This system is adopted by
organisation to improve the process system to manufacture product or service for providing
better value to customers. It also enables the management to improve efficiency for integrating
the transactional data that is preserved by organisation. Various operational systems that are
implemented by hotel industry include data management system that is managed by front-desk
operations, reservations and channel management.
Overview of internal communication system to identify company issue
Internal communication refers to a process that helps employees of an organisation to
