INTRODUCTION
The term operations and project management can be defined as the administration of

In the present scenario, LTR is operating there business with evolving large number of
individuals to expand the number of houses that boost morale of employees to complete task and
target with in minimum time period. This refers there are various challenges faced by individuals
at time of introducing its housing system. With the analysis of business organisation and its
needs this is determine by management that individuals must improve their internal system
capabilities so the strength of business products and services is increased. There are various task
and operations performed by management which require regular number of operations that are
operated in an organised manner. With consists of business operations related with housing must
provide a right structure for each action and activity that match with needs and wants of
customers. There are various operations performed by management of LTR such as alternation
and extension of buildings. Installation of building and design of structure that offers a
comfortable space to individuals for living there life in an easy manner (Ravinder and
Kollikkathara, 2017). Luton town residency is performing their work with motive of enhancing
its business size that satisfies needs and wants of customers in proper manner and it also provides
them space to live its life within Luton.
