INTRODUCTION Just in time is an management strategy system that help companies to align raw materials from suppliers to production unit in an organization. Total quality management is an continuous process that help organizations to reduce errors in their manufacturing process and improve customers experience. Report will discuss about key elements in Kanban's operation process. Discuss how system help organizations manufacturing system. Key elements in Kanban's operation process Toyota production system also known as Kanban's system help company in smooth working of their business and maintain effectiveness of their product and services. Two major features JIT and Jidoka help maintain working of Toyota(Radosavljević, Jevtić and Klimenta, 2016.). JIT is one of the most important and key element for working of Toyota. Help to maintain operations at each and every step in business. Manage flow of work in Toyota. Jidoka is a system that help to stop machines before any of error or defect happen in machinery's. Jidoka help company to save time and make effective use of all available resources. Kanban operation process help to eliminate waste by workers in production unit.
