different situations. Further, this report will cover the theories to leadership for explaining the
ways through which leaders and managers deals with the discussed situations. This report will
also discuss the role of Operations Managers in improving their efficiency and decisions along
with the key elements and approaches of different operations management system. In the end,
this report will cover the impact of corporate social responsibility, culture, values, ethics and
sustainability on business operations.
