INTRODUCTIONOrganisation culture is all about the value, believes and code of conduct which arefollowed by the company. It is something which is required to be followed by the employees ofthe company in order to work with the organisation. In this present report TESCO has beenchosen for assessment. TESCO is a British multinational groceries company which has itsheadquarter in England. Establishment is a public limited company which got established in theyear 1919. This report will majorly focus on Various approaches to management styles withinTESCO. In addition to this, concept of organizational behaviour will be explained in detail.Furthermore, relationship between motivation, organizational behaviour and impacts onperformance in the TESCO will be analysed in brief. TASK 1P.4 Different approaches to management styles within TESCOClassical approach:This theory says that every worker of the company focuses on theirphysical and economic needs for improvement in public services of Tesco. They do not majorlyconcentrates on the job satisfaction from their work instead of that employees are more orientedtowards profits of the company. This have structured the fact that this will increase theproductivity of the organisation. Therefore, public service must be improve with effectiveconsideration in business. Bureaucratic theory: This theory is given by Max Weber, here it has been said by theauthor that in order to establish an organisation, Bureaucracy is the best way for that. So Tescoshould follow the hierarchy system (Crane, 2017). This theory helps the organisation in runningmore smoothly and it will be easy to know and understand the legal relationship rules. Forinstance, implementation of hierarchy system in the Tesco with providing different instructionsand information for public services. Administrative management theory: It is an important theory of management whichsays that there should be a formal organisational structure to run and operate a companyeffectively. Which means that there should be a clear division of labour and power of theemployees must be delegated properly. It is necessary to do the same as per administrative theoryof management.
