INTRODUCTION
Organization behaviour is filed of physiology to understand the concept, view,
perception, thoughts, of individual at workplace. In order to understand this concept in effective
way, Tesco has been taken. This report is prepared to define elements which effect and influence
behaviour human at premises. It consider with formation of effect team and relevance of
development theory for creation of effect team. This report also considers positive and negative
impact of organization theories and usefulness of these models in influencing individual for
work.

The term team is define as group of personal with relevant skills and knowledge all are
came together in order to solve issue of organization or fulfil specific project takes The main
purpose of forming team also achieve goal in systematic way optimality utilization of scare
financial as well as non financial resources. Skills and capabilities of manager is recognize how
well they build an effective team for their organization. There will be 2 types of team. Effective ,
or ineffective team . Effective team is the one in which flow of communication circulate in right
direction (Burgunder, Pafčo, Petrželková, Modrý, Hashimoto and MacIntosh, 2017).

project has been specifically
understood by each team
member.
The main reason of difference
among effective and ineffective
team is that , in in effect team
their member has not been
clear about the main object of
the organization.

strong and at high level. They
have great understanding
Due to lack of communication,
there team member is not
effective coordinate and
understand each other.
