INTRODUCTIONOrganisational behaviour is the study of human behaviour which shows the way peoplebehave within and outside the organisation to create more efficient business practises. Thispresent report will going to cover organisational behaviour in BBC company in past or present.Under this report influence of culture, politics and power on the behaviour of others and factorswhich motivate individual and team to achieve organisational goal is to be discussed in thisreport. Further, in this report an understanding is provided about to work effectively with othersin organisation and also concepts and philosophies of organisational behaviour is to be explainedin this report.TASK 1 P1. Organisational culture, power and politics behaviour of managers in BBCAccording to BBC case study previously there were no effective organisational cultureand behaviour of managers towards employees was not at all bearable. Employees startedleaving that organisation because behaviour of managers towards employees was not good. Theyare facing lot problem regarding sexual harassment, bullying and many more.(Taylor, 2018.) Butas of now culture is totally different and to understand that culture Handy's culture typologymodel in applied and under this model four types of culture is given which is to be applied inmost of the organisation.1

Power culture- under this type culture power is only in the hands of top authorities of theorganisation. Employees of the organisation do not have power to express their view and to sharetheir view in organisation. All the responsibility regarding decision of the company or todelegate job to the employees.Task culture- under this culture employees are given right to share their views in theorganisation and also team are developed in organisation to achieve targeted business goals.Under this culture work is totally depended upon team performance of the organisation.Person culture- under these types of culture more power and importance was given to theemployees of the organisation. Individual are more concern to achieve their own profit overorganisation's profit.Role culture- under this culture job assign to employees depending on their qualification,education, knowledge to achieve organisational objectives.
