TASK 1 P1 Culture, politics and power influence on individual and team performance and behaviour In organisation, an individual and team members work and behaviour are affected by some major aspects like culture, politics and power. These elements have both positive and negative influence on performance of subordinates which is defined below: Organisation culture:It refers to assumptions, vision, values, belief and system that influence on behaviour of members in an enterprise.
