The area of study which examines the human behaviour inthe environment of work it determines the impact on the performance and job structure,leadership, motivation etc. Waitrose is a chain of supermarkets which forms the retail fooddivision. Its head office and headquarter is in Bracknell, Berkshire UK and it has usually 353shops across the UK. This report will examine and analysing and influencing the culture, power,politics on the behaviours of others in organisation and also the content and process theories ofmotivational techniques and also enables the effective achievement of goals in the context of theorganisation. Present study will examine and understand the cooperating to cooperate effectivelywith others and also the concepts and philosophies of organisational behaviour to given businesssituations. (Mullins, 2016).PROJECT 1LO1 Influence and analyse of culture, power and politics on the behaviour of others inorganisationalOrganisation culture:- it generally defined as the underlying beliefs, values and assumptions and the way of interacting which contribute for the unique social and psychological environment of the organisation. It encompasses the behaviours and values of the organisational cultures.Culture:-The culture of organisation directly affects the each and every system which hasbelief and also line that distinguish from another Organisation culture opposed to differentpsychological and social environment of the business. It involves the assumptions, beliefs, stylesand all the principles of the organisation members. It also shared the values which has strongimpact on the behaviour of individuals and organisation. There are 4 types of Charles handy'smodel which has followed:-

Power culture:-The first and foremost model is power culture in which the powerremain only in one hand which is subordinate and it has depended upon the power holder.There are only few people are authorized for taking the decision and also the best way tofollow the rules and regulations. There are some rules which is very strictly followed bythem because they have no other opinion left. In the power culture, employees doesn'thave the liberty to participate in decision making process and share the innovative ideas.Employees has to follow the decision of superiors rather they are partial or not. From thepower culture it influences the performance level of the individuals it influences theculture of individuals. If Waitrose adopt this power culture then it impacts on both theways such as negative and positive its depend upon the person that how to use the powerand taking benefits of them. From positive impact it increases the morale of theemployees for doing work and making the better relationships at workplace and on theother hand from the negative impact it demotivated the employees and also decrease theinterest in employees.Task culture:- It is one of the most important role for individual in the organisation forachieving the goals and objectives and it also solves the problems of the individual. Fromwhich same interest of individuals solve the conflicts of the organisation. It only formedto achieve the targets and also solve some critical problems. Basically there are 4 to 5members of team or group which playing there role equally and contribute in it with themix of right skills and innovative and creative ideas which can be productive for theorganisation. From influencing the performance of individuals it gives best results asmember's working in team in the best possible ways and properly coordinate with eachother and help team for achieving the goals. It also improves the efficiency oforganisation for responding in positive way as when the groups are ideally contained thedecision making power and also not depended upon others. Culture of the organisationforms groups and teams when it has to perform and address a specific task andprogrammes to achieve the target and objectives. From using the task culture in theenvironment of the Waitrose then its easy for the management to solve the conflicts andproblems to achieve the goals and objectives because it mange the task from doing theappropriate things.
