INTRODUCTION
In business environment organisational behaviour is the tendency or response of an
organisation towards different situations which arise at the marketplace. It is important for a
business entity to develop positive organisational behaviour in order to get competitive
advantage at the marketplace (Abdulmuhsin, 2021). In today's competitive world it is
compulsory for an organisation to train its employees for achievement of different business
goals. The business development is also facilitated by organisational development in order to
gain necessary growth at the marketplace. In this project there is a brief explanation of impact of
internal environment on different employees and teams which are working for the organisation.
This report includes explanation of universally adopted techniques of motivation in order to
motivate different employees at the workplace. In this report various methods and techniques
that are effective in development of a team are mentioned in a precise manner. In this report
example of ABC services private limited is taken into consideration for better understanding
organisational behaviour. ABC services private limited is a medium sized company situated in
the heart of London City. The company mainly deals in providing effective courier services at
the marketplace in a quick manner to achieve customer satisfaction.

The elements which are present in the internal and external environment of a business play a
major role in impacting different operations of a business. ABC services private limited is
mainly affected by different elements which are existing in its business environment. It is
important for the company to provide regular training to different employees for achievement of
different development related goals. Major functions of a company are formulated by cultural
factors which are present in the organisation (Al-Swidi, 2021). It is the major responsibility of
human resource management to handle different employees who are involved in performing
different functions of the organisation. The major factors and their influence on ABC services
private limited are mentioned below:
Organisational culture- The culture is major element which impacts on different
functions and operations of the company. Culture of an organisation is mixture of

different types of employees and their characteristics who are working for the
organisation. In a business entity it is the major role of human resource management to
maintain precise culture of the organisation. The internal environment of a business is
compulsory to be maintained in a significant manner for achievement of organisational
goals and targets. Performance of different employees majorly depends upon the type of
culture which is present in the company. The top level management which is present in
the business organisation has major authority which is helpful in maintaining culture in
the organisation. In the domestic and international marketplace it is essential for a
company to regularly train different employees for business development. Culture of an
organisation mainly develops different working conditions in the organisation that are
useful for performing business functions.
Political factors- Organisational politics is considered as one of the major factors which
play a major role in determination of different business functions. The trade union which
is present in a business entity is also one of the major reasons behind various conflicts
that arise in an organisation. It is compulsory for management to minimise the influence
of political factors in operations of a business to perform ethical business. Practice of
nepotism should be minimised in the major operations of a business to achieve different
targets in a short span of time (Alhalwachi, 2021). ABC services private limited should
regularly fulfil demand of different workers who are present in the organisation to
conduct ethical business.
Power and authority- The employees who are working for a company holds different
powers and responsibilities according to the post and job designation. It is the major
responsibility of different employees to not misuse power which is very much important
to perform ethical business. The top level management should penalise employees who
are involved in doing malpractices in business functions. It is the utmost responsibility of
management to develop precise strategy to perform different operations and ensure that
business goals are achieved in a set time period. Many business organisations take
support of information and technology to ensure systematic vigilance and supervision on
employee functions.
