various organizational structures
Organization structure can be defined as the arrangement of jobs
within a entity. It determines how various functions of organization
will be directed towards accomplishment of overall goals of
business. The organization structure further determines the
reporting relationship prevailing within the company. Broadly,
there are three types of organizational structure which are
characterized as follows:
Functional Structure
Divisional structure
Matrix structure

Evaluating the importance of organizational culture theory in
developing organizational effectiveness
Organizational culture can be defined as a system of shared ideas, principles,
values and beliefs among individuals. The culture plays strong role in
determining how people must behave in Hilton. Culture assist establishment to
stand out among their rest of the rivals and thus aid in creating distinct identity
of business. To have better understanding, emphasis can be done on various
theory. Such as Harrison theory of culture can be considered which states culture
can be classified into four types, power, role, person and task. Description of
which is as follows:
Power culture
Role culture
Person culture
Task culture
