INTRODUCTION
◦ Organizational behavior refers to the study of both individual and group performances and activity within
the organization.
◦ It study the human behavior in a work environment and its impact on performance, motivation ,
communication, leadership and others.
◦ Microsoft is American Multinational company with headquarters in Washington.
◦ It develops, manufactures, license, sells computer software, personal computers and various others.
Presentation will brief into how to work with co-operation in a team and concept and philosophies of
Organizational behavior.

P3 – Effective team v/s ineffective team
◦ Effective team refers to the team when there is mutual respect between the members of Microsoft. They work
together to achieve the common goals of the company. Effective team accounts with having clear mission, vision and
objectives of the company for which they work day and night to achieve the same. The team have proper flow of
information and communication which support various business dynamics. Effective team leads with having
creativity and innovation which helps them to support with effective decision making at the workplace.
