INTRODUCTION
Organisation behaviour is the study of the people and the organisation. The purpose of
this study is to make the organisation to function into more efficient manner. The central idea of
this organisation behaviour is to make the management in a scientific way. Theories of this
organisation behaviour is to make the human resources to work in a more proper way. There are
a variety of of methods with which this this organisation behaviour can be performed in the
organisation (Wood and at. el. 2016). Area of this research include many methods to improve the
organisation behaviour (Lumley andat.el2011.). It include the satisfaction of the employees and
motivating them to new ideas . In order to achieve the desired result the manager includes the
various tactics to achieve it. It include the creating of group and changing the process of the work
. In this research we will discuss the organisational culture and the organisational structures too.
Leadership team work and motivation are being discussed below.

AC1.1 Comparison of the organisational structure and culture of the city college and Enterprise.
City college is situated in the north west London. This is the private college which was
established in the year 2002. presently it is the the part of the city group . This college generates
nearly 2.5 million revenue, and over 200 staffs are working in this college. In the year 2010 the
city college was taken under new owner as a private sector to Mr Wakefield. The college is being
run by principal, Mr Wakefield. It is a hierarchical long organisational structures which is
generally formed for the educational institution. The control over the structures remain in the
hand of the managers at the top level.
The main merit of this structure is that decision can be taken in a quick manner, and
employee can be supervised quickly. As the structure of the organisation is in a better, the city
college administration is very efficient and flexible in nature. This helps the employee working
under this college to communicate in a better way and try to achieve the organisational
objectives. Basically there are three department in this city college they are as teaching
department, HR, and Administration department ( J.M. and Greguras, 2015. ). This organisation
is no more smaller private college, as it provides the learning opportunities for many students.
