Introduction
Organisational behaviour is defined as a practice which supports staff within an organisation to
communicate and interact with each other. It is essential for every organisation to maintain
healthy working atmosphere so as to make positive impact on overall performance level of
employees as well as an organisation (Coccia, 2015). The present assignment report is based on
Ryanair which is a budgeted airline company that were eastbalished in the year 1984. The report
discusses the importance of effective team within an organisation considering the factors that
improves an ineffective team by understanding characteristics of each kind of team. Along with
this, evlaution of team model that can support unity and well coordination among employees are
also disccused under this report.
TASK
Demonstrate an understanding of what makes an effective team, as opposed to an ineffective
team
Characteristic of effective team: some of the characteristics of effective learning are as
follows: More focused: All the members of the teams are highly dedicated to the goals and
objectives of the organisation. Clear goals: Effective teams are pertained with clear goals and this is the reason that
these teams are having high performance of their individuals. Communication: Effective communication is termed as most essential aspect in which
information can be conveyed in error free manner. Risk takers: Members of effective team are risk taker and they attain their targets before
time. Trust and believe: The level of trust and believe is high in effective team and this
enhances level of faith on each other.
Mutual decision-making: Team members of effective teams are having their own
thinking which lead them to understand taken decision in optimal manner.
Characteristic of ineffective team: Some of the skills which are possessed by ineffective teams
are described as under: Lack of trust and believe: Due to lack in trust confusion between team increases.
