INTRODUCTION
Organization behavioral is the study related to the way human behave within the
company or interact with each others in order to complete their respective task. Organization
culture plays an crucial role in motivating employees to work in team rather than individual for
achievement of company goals. Manager make use of different motivation theories in order to
influences employees to work hard for growth and success of organization. This report is based
on jaguar land Rover which is multinational automotive company started its operation in 18
January, 2008. The company has over 43224 employees that are working in coordinate manner
so that better experienced can be delivered to customers. Furthermore, jaguar land Rover deals in
luxury and sports utility vehicles and has earned around £25.8 billion of revenue. This report has
covered crucial information related to culture model, the way culture contribute in better
communication and motivation of employees. At last, it has explained about the organization
culture has lead in growth and success of firm.
MAIN BODY
1. Identify of organization culture at Jaguar land Rover
Organization culture is place where employees work so it represents the way they behave
with each other or their shared value, ethics and belief while working in the company. In another
words organization culture can be state as collection of expectation, practices and values that
inform the way all team member need to work in the firm. Handy organizational culture can be
used in order to understand type of culture at Jaguar land Rover that helps in coordinating
diverse individuals to work in team (Edeh and et.al., 2020).
Handy culture model: Charles handy has specified about four type of culture present in
organization such as power, task, role and person. The type of culture that is present in Jaguar
land Rover can be illustrated as follows:
Power culture: It is type of culture in which power to take decision remain among few
individuals that are higher in position. Moreover, they enjoy more privileges in the workplace as
they are superior than others, decide major decision about the task needs to be completed by
specific individuals. Likewise, Jaguar land Rover also has power culture as top management take
all necessary decision-making which are followed by subordinates that helps in smooth operation
of business. It guides and delegates the roles and responsibilities that needs to be performed by
