INTRODUCTION
Organization behavior is the set of academic skills in which people interact
with groups and share their thoughts in order to complete the task. This is
important for each employer and employees to maintain the effective and
good behavior with all that can help to develop the business performance as
well as individual skills.

Issue 1 (Motivation)
 Organizational behaviour is needed at every place as it used to
decide the goals and share with all employees that can help work
collectively. For each organization it is important to understand the
problem and issues which are pertaining in the environment and
bring them a solution that can help to increase the performance. In
case of Valley Building Society, different issues are facing by
employees that are as defined:

 Motivation – This is the process that initiates, direct, guides and
maintains goal oriented behaviour of employees who works at the
organization.
