In this case the Tony Jackson is an employee at Thames Valley building
society and further left the organization.
After nine months he re-joins the company at better place but its behaviour is
not appropriate with its senior members and creative problems for other
people as well.

ISSUE 1: COMMUNICATION
There are number of issue in an organization due to
organizational behavioural which includes lack of
focus while making decisions, conflicts, less fund
and many more.
The communication is transferring the required
information to the other who have need.
When the employees are not able to communicate
effectively with each then communication issue
arises.
