better in the given task so that pre-determine goals of the organisation are achieved in the
prefect manner . the aim focus is on motivating and inspiring the employees to work properly
and enhance the job experience of the employee so that organisation goals can be achieved
within the set time. Under this model, various another type of leadership style are as follows:
Directive leadership: here the manager and leader of the organisation make its employee
understand what is expected from them at the work place and also provide the effective guidance
so that employee can execute their task in the most profitable manners. this will help the
organisation to achieve their desire goals and employee to improve their work in the task.
Supportive leadership: here the leader provide the basic need which are needed at the work
place by the employees so that work can be completed within the time and in the effective
manner . here worker are provide with the supportive services which helps them to compete the
task in the most effective and productivity manner in the organisation . this helps the worker to
perform in the proper manner so that task can be finished in the profitable ways.
Achievement and oriented leadership: under this , the leader of the organisation make set of
challenges which helps the employees to perform better in the given task and improve their
skills and capabilities so that work can be completed as per the plan. There the organisation
objective can be achieved by encourage the employee to perform their work and learn the new
skills which will improve their work at the organisation and desire results can be seen in the
