Introduction:
Organisation behaviour is a process to examine how its worker behave in the work places and
how they get influence to realize the goals and objectives in the mainly efficient manners. it can
be known that employees of organisation get affected by the work environment such as its
culture and leadership style a which influence the performances of the employee as a individual
as well as in team work. It also involves the final results by focusing on the improving the
outcomes of the worker by encouraging them to give their best inputs so that administration are
able to attain their goal within the set time period. there are various different type of motivational
theories and leadership concepts which assist in accomplish the want level of outcomes in the
organisation. under this reports, the Ryanair is a airline company in the Irish having the
headquarter in the swords. Further their will be evaluation of organisation culture, power and
various important theories which helps in achieving the objective of the company in the long
run. ‘(Ahmad and Zafar, 2018)

The employee behaviours gets influenced by the culture of the organisation , its power hierarchy
structure and politics by the member of the company. The organisation culture affects the
performances of the workers at the work seats and also gets exaggerated by the polities of the
company at work. In the context of the Ryanair, the manager look after the company culture so
that desire goals can be reach in the most valuable manners. the handy’s model is implemented
in the organisation so that effective results can be given by the workers.
Handy;s model: this model helps in understanding the companies culture in better ways so
that establishment are capable to attain the common goals and objectives in the most effective
and efficient ways. under this model, there are four dissimilar type of traditions which are to be
followed by the organisation which helps the improving the presentation of its employees. this
model will help the organisation to understand and examine the companies culture at the work
places so that effectiveness of the employees can be improved by giving them systematic and

health work culture where employees are intelligent to perform the task in the most effective and
profitable protocol and have focus on achieving the desire level of outcomes for the organisation.
in the context of the Ryanair organisation , they uses hardy’s model to have effective
organisation culture so that goals and objective can be achieved in the on the whole productivity
behaviour.
Power culture: here power in given to most senior manager and person in charge of the Ryanair
organisation and they have to make the sound business decision which leads them to get the
desire level of outcome in the most effective manners. these manager further delegates its role to
worker in the organisation and these employee have to track the order which are given by
superior manager and worker does not have a power to express their point of view in the team .
the power goes to those employee who holds some skills and knowledge about how to perform
the task in the productivity manners. the manager of the Ryanair apply this culture in their
management so that proper hierarchy can be followed in the organisation.
Task culture: the Ryanair organisation follow this culture, where the manager form the team
and group who are able to solve the critical problems in the management levels. The employees
who have to special skills and knowledge formed a group which assist in answer the various
issues at the work related places. The term is made of people who are expert in solving the
critical issues at the organisation so that objectives can be achieved. The work structure of the
Ryanair organisation apply this culture so that effective team so formed with helps in completing
the task in the proper manners.
Person cultures: under this situation, employees have a point of view that they personal goals
are more important than the organisational goals and objectives. The organisation who have such
culture in their management has to face the issues and conflicts which harm the organisation
objective sin the present as well as in coming years. Here the employees are more concern about
their individual goals instead of the system of government objectives to be accomplish in the
long run. With the references of the Ryanair company, some of the worker thinks that their
personal goals are important as they are not focus on organisation objectives
Role culture: as per this customs, the workforce are given function and everyday jobs according
to their skills and capabilities. The employee are focus on achieving the organisation objectives
in the most productivity manners. employees also have to face the challenges and difficult
