Introduction
The emphasis is on interpreting employees' behaviour in relation to organisational
efficiency. Organizational conduct is the field of research aimed at formulating hypotheses
and models for predicting, understanding and controlling comportments in a company. Aston
Martin who is a UK luxury car manufacturer is the basis of this article. Created in 1913,
Aston Martin is still the top company in the world of luxury cars. Annual sales of £611.8
were produced by Aston Martin in 2020 (Alsaifi and et. al., 2020). The company has 3,000
staff worldwide in producing and supplying luxurious vehicles of the highest specification.
Due to arise of this pandemic which made a drastic changes to economy of various nations,
management of the company made several changes in its management styles which are
deeply highlighted in this report document (Enyioko, 2021).
Organisation culture is characterised as the founding expectations that form and guide
employee behaviour at the person, community and organisational level, priorities, attitudes,
thought, norms and assumptions. The corporate culture would also be presented in the self-
image, working technique, collaboration and aspirations of the company's future. Aston
Martin successfully built a special organisational framework that makes the business pursue
excellence as one of the most recognisable names in the automotive sector. Three stages of
cultural theory in order to describe the organisation of Edgar Schein. This hypothesis
contributes by separating organisation culture into three levels of objects, adopted beliefs and
common perceptions in order to depict and explain organisational culture (Hall and et. al.,
2020).

Theory of motivation
A motivation for employees is one of the corporate policies which encourages
employees to improve their efficiency. In order to recruit and retain talent and inspire current
workers to achieve their potential, Aston Martin offers staff with different rewards. Aston
Martin's employee bonuses include health coverage, pension and holiday policies. In
addition, Aston Martin supports the right of its workers to freedom of association through a
Union and pays for current and retired employees with pension plans. The corporation also
has an employee bonus for the pregnancy that is paid (Jiyane and Loock, 2020).
