INTRODUCTION
Organisational communication shows that how company represent their culture and
environment- values and objectives. This involves internal communication system such as
interpersonal communication between staff members and manager’s professional communication
means emails. The present report will provide detailed information about communication as it is
an important part to any company. Furthermore, it will evaluate the barriers of communication
preventing people getting the vaccine. In addition to this, the study will provide highlights about
strategies of government to overcome the barriers. At last, the report will give some important
recommendations about the related study.
(1) Theories of organisational communication
Sending and receiving information is the basic function of organisational communication.
It helps people to achieve task related to responsibilities and roles of services and sales
(Braithwaite and Schrodt, 2021). The major function of organisational communication is to
motivate and inform employees so that they can easily make important decisions.
Shannon weaver communication model
It is a one-way communication model which includes sender, decoder, encoder, receiver.
In this model, the sender encodes a message to the people with the help of communication
channel (Worth, 2021). The encoder will translate the important information into signals, the
decoder will be taking all those signals and translates for the last step that is known receiver who
gets the final message.
Berlo’s model of communication
It is also known as SMCR model of communication which includes sources, receiver,
message for receiver and final channel.
Source- in this step, the source means the person or anything which creates the message so that
receiver can understand easily.
Receiver- in this stage, the receiver will collect the important message which is generally sent by
the source. It is noted that both first and second step are interchangeable, so the aspects that
affect both of them are similar.
Communication skills- this skill of both receiver and sender show how it will affect the
message and how well the important things is being communicated. According to Berlo’s model
