This study delves into various aspects of organizational behavior, including the examination of relationships between Machiavellianism and unethical pro-organizational behavior. It also explores how organizational identification relates to this behavior, as well as the impact of transformational leaders' in-group versus out-group orientation on their willingness to engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior. Furthermore, it examines the role of trust in mediating the relationship between organizational justice and citizenship behavior. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of these topics, contributing to a deeper understanding of organizational behavior and its complexities.
