INTRODUCTION
Organizational theory means study of functioning, structure and performance of a
company as well as behaviour of groups & workers within it. This concept views companies as a

assignment will be based on British American Tobacco and CEO of this company. It will
examine management style, functions and principles used by Jack Marie Henry David Bowles.

organization and will also justify affects of power, conflict and influence at firm. It will clarify
