1. Description
Description of my leadership style using leadership theories and styles:
The organizational culture is important as it determines the process by which the employees
interact with each other and with the external peoples. It also decides about the method of doing
the respective jobs by the peoples of an organization. I in my organization follow the democratic
form of leadership. That helps me to get along with my staff properly (Komives and Dugan,
2010). The maintenance of workplace culture through this kind of leadership helps me to get
through several workplace issues.
The existence of leadership and management can be evident in every sphere of life. For instance,
it can be seen in schools, colleges, workplaces, coffee shops and even in homes. The main aim of
this reflective report is to provide a necessary understanding of the roles of people, culture, and
leadership. Moreover, for this purpose, I have used my own working experiences and the
applicable theories regarding people, culture, and leadership. The people are most important for
an organization as they have a significant contribution to organizational performance
(Chiaramonte, 2014). I mainly follow the Functional Theory of leadership where I have to
monitor the environment along with organize the activities and also train my subordinates. I also
follow the Environmental Theory of Leadership too. As this theory states that, it is the prime
duty of the leaders to accomplish such an environment where the employees can flourish.
Lastly, the leadership is foremost important for an organization and the future of an organization
is largely dependent on the leaders and their leadership styles. The business leaders are the
peoples who set their own rules and regulations to lead their respective organizations to achieve
the required growth and developments in their respective industries. The business leaders have

distinct leadership capabilities and styles which support them in directing their subordinate
colleagues and other employees effectively so that they can accomplish their own goals and
objective along with organizational goals. Various types of leadership style can be seen in the
literature as well as in the real organization (Wang, 2016). In my organization, the leaders have
shown the progressive style of leadership and I am also developing myself as a progressive
leader. Regarding this matter, I have analyzed myself and got that I have the qualities of
democratic leadership as I seek opinions from every member of the organization before making
any important decisions. The entire employees are considered by me in the decision-making
process as I think employee empowerment is most important in the present business context It
helps me in increasing the trust of the employees in me and they perform enthusiastically for the
organization and deliver better performances. I also stress on team building and improving the
bonding among team members, which helps me in obtaining better performances from the team
(Kolzow, 2014).
2. Interpretation of the event
Interpretation of the psychometric tests for identifying the organizational factors those are
Inhibited in me:
I have performed a psychometric test, which helps me in recognizing my various characteristic
traits like warmth, reasoning, dominance, rule-consciousness, emotional stability, social
boldness, vigilance, sensitivity, and liveliness. All these character traits are important to define
me and my leadership qualities. I have scored 3.5 in warmth out of 4. The warmth here describes
how nice I am to people. I have scored 3.1 in dominance. Dominance denotes assertive when I
am communicating with people. As per the report I have achieved 2.7 in reasoning. It denotes
