Moreover, this assignment also defineabout review of my career and personal development needs, current performance and futureneeds in order to formation of personal development plan appropriately.TASK 1P 1.1 Compare different management styles(A)Management: Management is the process of coordinating and organisation of theessential activities of the business in effective manner in terms of accomplishment oforganisational goals and objectives effectively. Management is mostly concerned to about toeffective handling of all departmental activities in the business effectively in order to organisebusiness activities in effective way, so the company's short-terms and long-terms objectivescould be accomplished effectively.(B) Comparison of different management styles: Autocratic style of management: IN these kinds of management style, the top management of the group does not consideras the thoughts and appropriate proposition to their subordinates executives in the managementteam (Weske, 2012). IN this management style, the top manager, leaders and superiors leaders have majorresponsibilities in order to make main decision towards management of the team and lessinclusion of their subordinates in decision making process. In this management styles, employees motivation level is less so they do not work withinfluencing approach.Democratic style of working:In democratic style of management, they welcome suggestion of subordinates towards themanagement of the team at the workplace and they consider feedbacks of subordinates as well.Democratic management styles create a positive environment at the workplace so thateffective communication channel could be established between management and employees.1
