INTRODUCTION In this report, it contains all the information relating to the organization behavior of citycollege and enterprise rent-a-car (Simon, 2013). This report shows the relevant information like,what are the various culture and structure of the organizations and how the relationship betweenculture and structure of the organization and how they can influence the performance of theorganization. What are the component which can affect individual behavior at business andpower of leadership styles in various organizations, how organizational theory support themanagement practice. The resent report contains relevant information like, what are variousformulation of administration which is framed by various administration and postulation ofvarious theories of management at the workplace. This present report contain the different utilityof motivational theory for the different leaders and different component that can develop thebehaviour of the team member.TASK 1 1.1 Analyze the various organizational culture and structureThe constitution and culture of City College and enterprise rent-a-car organizations canbe defined by their relationship, abilities and by their responsibilities. The structures of theorganizations are important for growth of the organizations. The city college and enterprise rent-a-car, both are the successful organization and they has different organizational structure aredifferent culture. Organizational structure is one of a structure of external and internal and leadership ofthe city college. These factors are related to the operational functions of the all department ofCity College like, instruction department, people imagination sector and management divisionof the business structure. In the modern time, the enterprise rent-a-car is related to officialstructure to the organization. It is the car-hire Company and big buyer of cars in the economy.Organization structure of enterprise Rent-a-car Company is related to the responsibilities andbeliefs about their all customer. These factors are related to the operational functions of managerof this organization like, this organization is not selling the commodity, it supply the service totheir customers and customers anticipate to be activated in the certain way by the effectiveservice.

The culture of the organizations is related to the beliefs, attitude and values among the allpeople of the organization and these all factors emphasize on how the members of theorganization works and how the work of organization will be done (Boje, 2011). 1.2 Relations between business structure and culture and its impact on performance oforganizationStructure and culture is the two set of organization which is related to each other. In themodern time, the structure and appreciation of business can affect the action of business.Performance of the business can be influenced by the relationship of the organization’s structureand its culture. Both are playing an essential role in business performance (Riding and Rayner,2013). If structure of the business is providing the effective and healthy culture to the allactivities of the business in that case, the organization can meet their target and can survive andstay in the market place. In the other case, if the structure of the organization is not able toprovide a healthy culture at the workplace then the organization cannot meet their target andcannot manage the all activities of the organization and the organization cannot suffer in themarket. The effective structure of the organization can help to generate the new better culture andthe effective culture is useful for achieving the all activities of the organization and makes theorganization profitable. The corporate culture is useful for supporting the outcome of the allactivities of the company. The culture is one type of the approach of the in which the topmanagement of the organization tries to achieve the effective projects for the development of thecompany and make the more and more profit for the development of the organization. So, theeffective relationship between the business culture and structure can affect the performance ofany kind of organization. 1.3 Analyze factors which can affect employee’s behavior at workIn the modern time, there are many factors which can influence the individuals behaviorat the.
