Organizations are found in all stages of life which comprises of people who come together
for the particular activity which results in achieving goals and targets of the whole
organizations. In all walks of life like government offices, schools, hospitals, institutes and
factories, one can found behaviour of different people. Organizations achieve its tasks and
objectives by human resources who have goals with activities and delegation of authority to
carry forward (DEVASIA, 2018). Leadership is the quality of people who admire and
motivates others to have some same traits of a person in a positive or a negative way. It
involves sharing the clear vision with others, coordinating the conflicting interests of all the
stakeholders. Organizational theory of behaviour studies the human behaviour within or with
organizational environment. In other words, organization behaviour asks questions which
states that why people behave like the way they work in environment. The main analysis will
discuss leadership styles and their types on valid theories, factors affecting choices and role
of leadership to employee (Porath, 2019). Effective leadership theories result in
understanding practical situations for each and every task.
Leadership and its impactful role are mostly concern reasons in organizations and business
now days. Leadership is whole process of providing purpose and give collective effort which
cause willingness efforts which are completely expanded for the specific purpose. A leader is
innovative and creator of his own attitude and skills. It studies three determinants of
behaviour which comprises of groups, structure and individuals. Organization leadership is
an effective tool where leaders or managers protect the company benefits by realizing
company targets and realizing employees to continue work in better environment for
achieving common goals with targets. Leadership is the process which influences others to
actively participate for the work towards and organization confidence and goals (OMICS
International, 2015).
Organization behaviour defines as an academic discipline which concerns understanding,
controlling human behaviour and describing behaviour of people in the organization.
Organizations are described as a group where people are interacting to accomplish some
goal objectives (Stephen T. Robbins, 2019). Behaviour of a people can be elaborate with his
style, thinking, personality and attributes in which field he is living. Situations are the factors
which helps them to motivate in different situations for long period of time in the scenario. To
direct their efforts, a leader is required who motivates to perform various tasks and establish
to achieve concerned objectives. Leadership also influence people so there they strive to
willingly towards completion of goal groups. A leader is focussed on best and barely known
about existence, the main focus is on influence of actions and thoughts. Each theory has

discovered with own contributions, assumptions, limitations and critical analysis of the
framework (OMICS International, 2019).
Organizational behaviour helps us to improve relations of industrial, control negative
consequences and predict upcoming courses of action. They have to maintain friendly
relations with employees who create peace and harmony in the organizations. An
organization itself compiles with large number group of people often within teams and people
working individually. The main success of an organization is in hands of effective
management who takes decisions and implement within the organizations. For effective
human behaviour of each individual, it becomes almost impossible to come across positive
solutions to the problems. So, it is important to involve in social and psychological aspects to
update solutions which is focussed on solving issues of organizations. Organization culture
states that the parameters of the company which are norms, principles, values and beliefs
are to be followed by each employee and impact can be mostly positive for long period of
time. Generally, people within organizations are more understanding if they are interacting
with socializing with other people. Employees are motivated by plans execution by them,
new incentive structure and rewards for their progress (Bhattacharyya, 2016).
Leadership is stated by many different results but not be attributes of a person. It is an ability
to make decisions and motivate to achieve required tasks. There are so many disciplines
which contributes to the fields of organization behaviour as sociology, psychological,
anthropology and political science. Intrapersonal behaviour such as development and
training, motivation and conflict study owe its study to psychology. Sociology aspects help in
the field of leadership, informal and formal organizations and major roles of decision of
decision making. Anthropology is study which elaborate culture and human race, and
employee perception can influence the culture of the organizations from this.
Leadership plays a n significant role in achieving excellence of organization. An
organization where there is no leader is same as ship without a captain. No doubt when
there are effective team members who are capable of achieving more from leader can
sustain and learn more in the organizations. In organization, there are various leaders who
adopt transactional, transformational, behaviour and trait approaches of leadership styles.
Leaders influence different activities which followers needs to follow for the access of
followers and traits can be easily evaluated from this. There is intersection of high
performance where leaders and managers combining inspire, motivate and take decisive
role in managing organization. Leadership provides encouragement that motivates a team
efforts to achieve accomplish tasks in managing organization success. A leader goal must
