In your lectures, four rationales for organisational analysis are described.
1 Critically discuss the argument presented by the author(s).
In the current business scenario, sustainability has become the major concern
for people in case of implementing corporate strategy in the workplace. In
purpose of the research is to shed light on the significance of implementing
sustainability initiatives in case of bringing the organizational improvement in
different countries (Tata and Prasad 2015). In the article, the author has shed
light on the different socio cultural systems, which are important for driving the
sustainability initiatives in the organization. By developing the cultural literacy,
the author has tried to focus on managing the mechanisms which are important
for developing the relationship between organizational sustainability and natural
cultural values. Analyzing the perspective of the author, it can be said that here
the author has mentioned about diversified cultural beliefs and values of
individuals which are needed in case of bringing thee sustainability initiatives.
Hence, based on the analysis, it can be said that contribution of society and
different values of individuals are needed to be appreciated in case of
introducing sustainability.
2 What is the method - how do the author(s) convince their readers?
In order to conduct the research, the data has been collected using the secondary

research. While conducting the research, the author has examined the
sustainability as well as cultural practices those are important for influencing
the organizational behaviour. Highlighting different perspectives of the author
the article has focused on analyzing the interrelationship between the cultural
values and the sustainability beliefs. Based on the analysis, it can be said that in
case of driving different perceptions of the author, the cultural values and
sustainability beliefs have strong impact. By continuing this, it can also be said
that depending on the cultural influences it becomes easier for the organizations
to adopt the sustainability initiatives in the workplace. Through the better
understanding of the cultural influences the model has played an influential role
for influencing the sustainability mechanisms and its strong impact on the
bringing the future development in the organization.
3 Drawing on your answers from analysing Q (1) and (2), critically analyse and
match your analysis to the rational given in Lecture 1 for Organisational
Analysis
In the lecture one, the author has mentioned about four paradigms and those
strong impact on highlighting the perspectives of the narrators. In the research
paper, social paradigm has been mentioned as the important element in case of
analyzing the social process and its impact on the viewpoints of organizational
agents. As per the author, the decision making process of the organizational
agents may differed depending on the social processes as well as challenges.
The major significance of the lecture is here the narrator has tried to shed light
on the importance of society involvement in case of ensuring the sustainability
process in the workplace. Analyzing both the paper, it has been identified that
