Introduction
Proper organizational behavior is the study of the different ways to interact within
different groups. Organizational behavior is the proper identification, analyzing as well as
application of different knowledge regarding the acts of the employees and employer in the
organization. It helps in analyzing the different concepts as well as philosophies that is
required in the respective organization named Samsung.
There are different kinds of models as well as philosophies of the organizational
behavior in context of the organizational behavior in Samsung. The different areas include
proper performance regarding the job of the employees in the organization as well as
increasing the job satisfaction of the employees.
Concept of Organizational Behavior in Samsung
Organizational behavior is essential in nature in Samsung as this will help in
understanding the different requirements that need proper improvement in the performance of
job as well as increase in the job satisfaction as well (Judge et al. 2014). In order to achieve
the different kind of desired results, the managers in the organization have to properly adopt
different adopt different kind of tactics including reorganizing the different groups as well as
modifying the structure of compensation and changing the different procedures through the
way wherein the performance is properly evaluated.
Samsung Company has adopted different models as well as philosophies in the
organization as this will help them in understanding the different issues that are faced by
them and solve them as well (Miner 2015). The concepts that have been applied by Samsung
are related to perceptions of the different individuals as well as motivation that are required in
order to achieve proper organizational objectives. The different fundamental concepts

relating to the organizational behavior are properly followed by Samsung Company as this
helped them in maintaining proper human dignity and motivated the individuals in the
organization as well.
Perception is the first concept that is used by Samsung Company that is the unique
ability in order to observe, properly listen as well as conclude the different objectives. In
different companies, the perceptions of the individuals change and this can affect the thinking
of the different individuals in the organization. Samsung Company tries to understand the
different perception of individuals in the organization and this helps them in maintaining
proper balance in the organization as well (Luthans, Luthans and Luthans 2015).
Proper motivation is provided to the individuals as well as this will help in
understanding the requirements of the employees in the entire organization. Proper
motivation is essential in nature as this will help in achieving the organizational objectives as
well (Rich 2013). The motivation is of two types both positive as well as negative kind of
motivation. The positive motivation is properly followed by Samsung Company as this helps
the entire company in encouraging the behavior of the employees and this motivates the
employees in completing the different tasks within a specified amount of time as well (Hogan
and Coote 2014).
Concept followed in Samsung
In Samsung, the employees are properly valued as this will help them in allowing the
individuals in completing the entire task within a specified amount of time. Proper value and
appreciation is necessary and required in nature as this will improve the skills and abilities of
the individuals and provide them opportunities to complete the entire task within the
specified deadline as well. The proper level of ethics has to be maintained by Samsung as this
