Introduction
The report helps in analyzing the influence of cooperation among the different
individuals in the organization. The proper understanding is essential in nature as this will
help in analyzing the effectiveness of the organizational behavior with others in Google. The
company that has been chosen is Samsung and in such an organization proper concepts as
well as philosophies has to be discussed as well. The different philosophies as well as
concepts has to be discussed in reference to Samsung as this will help in understanding the
organizational behavior in such business situation.
Reasons behind making an effective team as opposed to an ineffective team
Proper and effective groups help in encouraging discussion and use proper healthy
conflict in order to properly introduce creativity as well as changing the different ideas before
reaching the consensus. Proper as well as effective team is properly characterized as:
Proper and open discussion is essential in Samsung Company as this will help the
members in the organization to properly participate and make proper contributions
towards the entire group as well. The discussions has to be reasonable in nature and
the members of the organization has to be properly prepared to properly listen as well
as learn from different group members as well.
Reaching to a proper decision with the help of process of convincing each and every
member with the help of logical argument rather than the crude kind of voting system
that can lead to leaving size able minority disgruntled.
Proper usage of the situational kind of leadership has to be properly applied by
Samsung as there are different kind of individuals in the group can lead the members
in different kinds of circumstances. With the help of different kinds of leadership
approaches, there are different members whose views can differ from one another due

The members of the organization have to pursue common goals in the respective
organization whoever is leading the entire group. Proper assessment the progress in
achieving the goals as well as making the necessary amount of changes that is
required to improve the overall performance of the organization (Kozlowski et al.
2015).
Assessment of effective teamwork in Samsung Company
The proper assessment of the performance of the organization is essential in nature as
this will help in creating effective kind of leadership in the respective organization. Proper
effectiveness in working in teams is essential in nature as this will help in solving the
different problems in the organization (Ford 2015). Teamwork is essential in nature in
Samsung as this helps in pooling the different collective ideas of the members of the entire
organization for dealing with such kind of issues in the organization.
Communication is essential in nature between the employees of the organization
while proper development of the product as well as to properly address the different queries
of the consumers who are visiting their market (Fidalgo-Blanco et al. 2015). Proper
communication is essential as this will help in bringing proper effectiveness in the tasks that
is performed by the individuals in the organization. Effective teamwork is successful in
nature as well as the employees in the organization work independently on different projects
in the respective organization and communication will help in promoting proper teamwork as
well.
Proper teamwork helps in increasing as well as promoting conversation between the
