Amazon is a largest e commerce company which was founded by Jeff Bozos.The company rendered their services in many countries of the world. This report will layemphasis on primary research in which elements of culture will be discussed. Questions forinterview will also be discussed in this report. The culture, communication and motivation in thecompany Amazon. Secondary research will also be executed in this report. The Amazon is a company which serves best technological service all over the world anddeals in several services that help customer to get all things at single place(Biggio, 2016). Thecompany owned 6,45,500 employees and to deal with large number of employees the companyAmazon need to maintain certain kind of work culture. They maintain the culture in order tomotivate employees to work hard and stay loyal with the company. Organisational culture is values and standards of every organisation which had to followthe employees behaviour and also provide aid while team work in a business. This involves anorganisational working structure which reflects the way employees gets engage with activity andcoordinate with other individuals in order to attain organisational goal. Also, it provide aid tocompany by creating a strong reputation in market place.Elements of culture is to improve business entity in a better way which reflects the viewsof members and employees who worked with them by appreciate the decisions and suggestionsfor organisational benefit.
