hierarchical management of work where employee are not involved in decision making. This is
the condition where employee lacks information about changes which sometimes leads to sudden
mis management of work where workers feels that the pressure created by superiors is invalid.
Apart from this, decision politics in BBC generally arise at the time of performance management
where management aim at reviewing employee’s performance for rewarding which is sometimes
bias and impact employee attitude towards work. Further, there is decisional politics in BBC

attitude towards work that creates negative impact on organisational performance.

for affect the people’s behaviour by their subordinate with making control on resources. Power is
the corporate environment which has depends on the attitude of peoples and individual. Power of
position is use in proper way and effective manner is help to achieve goals and objective of
company. But it is used in inappropriate manner then it led non-functioning system and low
morale of low level of employee. In the industry and company power culture is mainly directed
and flow to the peoples form the higher level to lower level. There are 6 type of power which are
as follows:
Coercive power denotes ability of manager to make employees work in given working
condition by force or threat. The practice is like punishment or modern slavery where
employees are forced to work in certain conditions. Management of BBC do not practice
such kind of power and focuses on making employee work as per assigned role and
responsibility. Reward is the power is which where management aim at appreciating employee’s
performance by giving monetary and non-monetary benefits. BBC practice this power but

influence employee performance and attitude towards work. Legitimate power is based on position and mutual agreement in both agent and target
agree agents. In this power
