Benefits and limitation of Maslow motivation theory Benefits: This theory is simple to understand that helps employees to work properly by filling their needs and wants. It gives consideration in to account human nature that helps Apple to maintain all business activities. The management of Apple understand all needs of employees and provide them proper facilitation that motivates them and they works effectively. Limitation: Some time it become difficult for management to measure the satisfaction level so there may be changes of conflicts between employees and employers. By following Maslow theory management get bound to focus on cultural difference. So, it may be limitation for Apple to measure the accurate satisfaction level of employees and reduce the conflicts.
Benefits and limitation of Vroom Expectancy theory Benefits: It helps to boost the morale of employees so productivity can be increase of organization. It helps to improve the business performance and increase the profitability. Therefore, Apple is getting benefits of Vroom expectancy theory as its performance is increasing continuously and brand image also increased. Limitation: Some times employees gets less motivation which they expected due to which productivity can influence negatively. There may be chances of misunderstanding as it provides less motivational activities.So, the performance of employees may be negative due to less motivational activities.
