1. Overview
The open retail Pharmacy “Wilmont’s” operates in more than 8,000 stores
across Europe and for operating, the company considers the delivery of filled medical
prescription with the help of Drone technology. It is identified that the company
Wilmont’s made an agreement with DroneTech, which is one of the small firm in
Dublin area. The main aim of the company “DroneTech” is to provide the facility of
drone technology, drone piloting as well as delivery system by customizing with the
business processes as well as systems of Wilmont’s. It is identified that the project
“implementation of drone prototype project” will be completed in 236 days with the
budget of around €1,000,000. It is analyzed that the organization uses the drone
technology for expanding the firm in order to provide better services to the customers,
which will further enhance the profitability of the firm.
1. Goals and Scope
1.1 Project Goals
The project goals are elaborated below:
Business goals: The main business goal of DroneTech is to expand the
business of the company by providing proper services to the customers by utilizing
the facility of drone.
Technological goals: The main technological goal of the DroneTech is to
implement drone prototype for the organization so that the profitability of the firm can
be enhanced easily.
Quality goals: The Company “DroneTech” wants to provide proper quality
based services to the customers and for that, implementation of drone prototype plays
a major role.
Usability: The organization wants to implement the drone prototype in such a
way that the drone prototype can be easily used for provide services to the customers.
1.2 Project scope
The scope of the project is as follows:
 To develop project prototype of drone technology
 To complete the entire project within the budget that is around €1,000,000
 To complete the project within the time that is estimated
 To customize the system and business process to conforming the

Resource Owners are the person who is mainly capable of granting access to a
protected resource. It is identified that the resource owner plays an important role in

easily.

The receivers are the consumers who generally get affected due to the
implementation of drone prototype project as with the implementation they can be
able to get their orders delivery fast.

project for implementing it successfully. It is identified that with the implementation
of drone prototype within the DroneTech Company, the sub contractor company can
