1ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE From the selected case scenario, it can be observed that due to the diverse nature of the employees’ age working for the Acme Medical Supply, there are serious work related conflicts among the workers of the company. As a result of this conflict in between the staffs of the company, the salesand revenue of the company is also affected in a negative manner. Thus, a new company bought Acme Medical Supply and they felt that to regain the revenue and sales of the company, team work is crucial. To achieve the new owner’s plan, the following recommendation can be suggested. To achieve the goal of the new owners plan, the management must identify the problems of the organization and thus it is the duty of the new manager to take adequate actions to improve the condition. As a part of this, they should make a team with same numbers of younger and adult people. According to the study of Wang Waldman and Zhang (2014), it is reported that, the team work is very effective in gaining a common goal set by the company. The management should arrange a workshop to enhance the team bonding among the staffs of the organization.In this workshop, the staffs will gain knowledge regarding the importance of team work within an organization. The study of Körner et al. (2016), reported that, such work shop is very effective to enhance the team bonding among the staffs of an organization. Along with this, the work shop will also help to identify a common goal for all the staffs and they should encourage to achieve the common goal as a teamto enhance the revenue of the company. According to the study of Wilson (2014), it is reported that, the diversity in the work place is not at all a barrier in the work places in recent time. However, in most of the work places, the issue of mutual respect is absent and thereby it is hammering the productivity of the company. Hence, it is recommendedthat, to
