INTRODUCTION In respect to develop effective functions and outcomes, organisation behaviour take veryimportant part that make creative results in the business. In this context, at workplace of theorganisation there are different elements exists that impact on its functions and operations suchas culture, policies, environment, etc. (Boddewyn, 2015). With this aspect, present report basedon A David & Co Limited which is the food and beverages company. Furthermore, they are alsoproviding different activities that assists to accomplish goals and objectives. For gaining insightknowledge of the company, present report covers impact of the different policies, culture, systemand behaviour which impact on the organisation functions and outcomes. Furthermore, itincludes support for improvement in the team performances to build effective results atworkplace. TASK 1P1 Culture, policies, power and behaviour which influence to the organisationIn order to accomplish goals and objectives, there are different elements exists whichassist to define values, believes, etc. Culture of the enterprise assists to make creative results tomake certain changes among staff members that enhance positive results at workplace(Northouse, 2015). However, it not enhances brand image but also support to skilled workers forthe long duration of time. There are mainly four types of culture determines which create impacton the business performance. They are as follows:Power culture: In this aspect of culture develop higher authorities which possess power tomake certain decisions at workplace. Further, lower staff members need to follow allrules and regulations that are needed for develop effective working in the business.Higher authorities developing their rules and regulations (Wang, Waldman and Zhang,2014). With the help of power and position, culture of the company develops and judgeas per the achievement basis. The chosen organisation also require give instruction tocomplete their responsibilities and ascertain instruction. Role culture: In this aspect of the culture, roles are determines as the significantdevelopment at workplace (Arends, 2014). It assists to take higher position which is morepowerful.
