Employee plays a prominent role in the growth and success of the business. The worst
performance of the employees may decrease the overall revenue of the company. Therefore, it is
required for the company to motivate its employees towards the targeted goal in an effective
manner. One of the leading companies Uber also failed in proving healthy environment to its
employees that enhance the mobility ratio in the company. The company expanded its business
