ORGANIZATIONAL ESSAY Theoretical concepts and ideas on organizational culture implied on Google: The behaviors and values are the most important psychological and social factors for a successful organization. The organizational culture means organization’s philosophy, experience, value and expectation which are actually responsible for holding the organization’s image, interactions with the outside market, future goal and expectation, work environment of the organization. This organization culture has always a huge impact on the whole organization and especially on their managerial departments. Google is one of the best among all existing IT companies which maintainstheorganizationalculturealongwithtechnologicalandsuccessfulbusiness innovations. As we know organizational culture is all about maintaininng the values. As we all know employees are the most valuable asset for an organization (Sminia 2017). Thus keeping them happy and secure with our company is the most valuable consideration of that company, which can be found inside Google. The work environment is always healthy and competitive. People who worked here feel privileged as they can learn various new things and lessons as well. This will enrich them not only in their work but in their life as well. Devise actions aimed at improving the current situation: The recent survey conveys this organization currently facing so many issues from inside and outside. There is a case of sexual harassment against two shareholders of this organization. These kinds of controversies create a negative impact on their reputation and existing cultural values. In such cases the other existing IT companies like Yahoo; AOL can take the position of Google taking advantage of their condition (Travica 2015). To avoid such condition this organization needs to solve all of their problems. To solve their taxation issues Google needs to consult their legal team and in such cases, the legal team need to be very well experienced and efficient to handle this kind of situation. In case of the privacy issue, the hackers there are a large number of 3

In such cases, Google needs to recruit well experience and efficient software technologist to overcome this scenario. In case of the sexual harassment issue, Google needs to set up an enquiry commission to investigate this case. Coping with future challenges: Google always follows a well structured organizational culture which makes them one of the most prestigious organizations. Most of the new engineers dreamt about to get a chance to work in this organization. According to the organizational culture this organization is always ready to face all of the new challenges (Collyer 2016). Nowadays technologies are upgrading. Google is also updating their technological appearance and approaching new platforms to all of their users. The CEO of this organization Sundararajan Pichai worked very hard to make Google more famousand makethisorganizationvintage.Aswe allknowtheemployeesare always considered as the main asset of any organization. Thus Google needs to be more considerate and consciousinordertochoosetheiremployees.Accordingtotheorganizationalculture, experience and efficiency is the most important thing for their ever increasing development.
