1ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT a)Diverse nature of ManagementSkills In the modern workplace, there are diverse and unique leadership challenges because of the racial, educational background differences and age differences too. The result is that the senior executives are to find specific ways for effectively leading the employees in organizations (Noe et al., 2017).The senior executives find the right type of leadership skills for addressing the diversity and the associated challenges for improving the performance. Hence, there is a need to have diverse management skills for managing people effectively and fulfill their diverse needs. b)Five areas of SelfAwareness Self-awareness is at the center of the ability of mastering oneself which is not sufficient. Theself-controldevelopmentandpriorityclarificationalongwiththegoalssupportthe individuals support the individuals to create direction in their own lives(Vasu,Stewart & Garson, 2017). The effective management of time and stress helps people to manage effectively. There are five most critical areas of the self-awareness helpful in developing a successful management are as follows: The emotional intelligence – It helps to manage oneself and relationship with other people. The personal values-It is the at the center of behavior playing a huge role in personality unification. The learning style - It is through which people gather proper information. Orientation towards change- This concentrates on the ways used by people to

Core self-evaluation- This captures the most essential personality aspects. c)Sources of Stress for BusinessManagers There are various sources of stress for the business managers . The examples are as follows : When there is a lack of work/life balance When there is a lack of staffing- It can be due to economic factors or demand factors. When there is expansion of technology- Taken for example, the mobile devices extend the availability of the managers in allegedly non-working hours. d)StepsinAnalytical ProblemSolving There are few steps through which managers in business can easily analyse an issue and solve them. Defining the problem Generating few alternative solutions Evaluating and selecting an alternative(Cameron & Green, 2015). Implementing and following up on the solution
3ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT e) Howtoreduce level of stressinyouremployees? As an HR manager, I would follow the following steps to reduce stress in my employees. Encourage the workplace wellness through the members of the organization. I will encourage them to have short breaks and revamp themselves for work. I will also allow remote working and flexible hours. Tis freedom will improve the office morale and the employees will have trust on the company. The social activities will also be encouraged breaking the communication barriers. I will further make arrangements for providing distance or onsite counseling. This will help them handle their job stress. The extraordinary employees will be recognized and praised for their job. Taken for example, the appraisal programs arranged annually will encourage them(Marchewka, 2016). The program has to be in an unbiased manner. The employees in this manner will be comfortable and happier having lowered all their stress levels. Reference
