INTRODUCTION
Performance management is the approach which is helpful in developing the skills of
individuals and teams which will aid in meeting organizational objectives. Personnel
management is a defined approach which focuses on dealing with human constituents of

helpful in supporting them and enhancing their performance standards. BUNI Travel is a travel
agent company which is based in Bolton. The company helps and offers customers to develop
travel plans as per their demands and preferences. This report will define the tools and
techniques which will support in enhancing organizational performance and will outline the roles
of employee wellbeing in increasing motivation and performance of businesses.

Organizational performance is measured and defines how business has successfully
performed the business activities through which they can maintain their position within the
industry (Organizational performance, 2021). The concept of organizational performance
defines how successfully an organized group with a particular purpose perform a function.
Organizational performance focuses on three aspects which are- financial performance, market
performance and shareholder value. There are various tools and techniques which are followed
